This little watercolour was an conflation of two sketches to create a picture that I felt reflected a view of part of the northern coastline. I enjoyed toying with this approach although I have not repeated working from two sketches of different subjects simultaneously. I also enjoyed laying down the dark sky washes and the bright cliffs and water,
