I enjoyed the exuberance of this building with it complex roof, the fin de siècle balustrades and the boats in the foregroud as I sat opposite drinking my espresso. I have sat along this quay on many occasions on warm sunny days, enjoyed and drawn this view but I just had to draw it again.
